I work in that building now, they haven't done a bad job updating it so far

Is that where that goes? I was confused and thought that the place was on Lamartine street where the old police substation was, or further up the street at 119 Chandler. I think it’s the same developer who owns those properties.

Same developer. Wrong address. If you look at street view you'll see it's 216 chandler not 39 lamartine
 
New platform is open but still lots of work left to do such as rebuilding the other track and low platform and the upper parking lot.View attachment 52220
I know maintenance is spotty, at best, on T infrastructure. However, I wish this had more style than just bare concrete and harsh lighting. It looks like the stairwell from the commuter rail at Porter was tossed in a time machine from 1984.

I feel like this style would fit quite well in Tokyo, but it's going to look incredibly out of place in Worcester.
 

Trammell Crow Residential Closes on Worcester Development Site & $47M Construction Loan​

Trammell Crow Residential has acquired a development site along Oriol Drive in Worcester for $4,500,000. The developer also closed on $47,500,000 in construction financing through U.S. Bank. Plans for the site call for two, 5-story buildings to include 220 apartments. The project will also include a variety of resident amenity spaces and 344 parking spaces.
