Shades of what portions of University Station could have looked like, if the original Westwood Station concept had been built. Instead a large, ugly strip mall was built with a sea of asphalt.

$4300??? And it's all electric everything?

I know this makes it sound like I hate it, and I don't, but the facade looks like something you'd find in the Yankee Candle factory.

Why is there fake mansard behind ground-level fake 1950s car dealership facade? Did AI design this? Honestly, we're probably less than a year from actual AI-designed proposals.

This is a genuine question: is it possible to get new construction in MA with a gas range? I understand "Sweetie, we don't do gas anymore" and all, but is it still legal and are there contractors who will do it?

I suspect the developer wanted something resembling quant/New England/suburban to placate any NIMBY blowback.
