Yesterday afternoon I had the honor of attending the groundbreaking ceremony for the EcoTarium's new Stoddard Exhibition Hall. This 8000 SF expansion adds a 6000 SF exhibition hall with 16 foot high ceilings to allow for the large travelling exhibits that usually only come to Boston. It also will add accessible restrooms on the top floor of the existing building and clear out space to create an expanded Early Childhood Learning space and other improvements. The new hall is expected to open next summer with the first exhibit an exhibition on elephants. This is one of the major components of the EcoTarium's 200th Anniversary in 2025.

My wife and I are working with the EcoTarium on the creation of an exhibit in their new Early Childhood Science Learning Center in memory of our son Anthony, with the goal of inspiring other children to change the world for the better. More information, and how you can support the effort, can be found at https://ecotarium.org/change-the-world/.
