Residences on Madison | 5 Madison Street | Worcester

Does anyone know the latest on the parking lot next to this (across the street from Coney Island)? A few years ago I thought there was a proposal for that site, though maybe I'm misremembering and it was in fact this project.

Anyway, I've been down on Madison and Green Street a couple times in the past month and the vibe around there is wildly different. Lots of people, lots of positive energy and activity. Even not on game days the Kelly Sq. area is bustling around that market space.

I thought they were going to replace the fire station across the street on that lot, but I have no idea what the current plan is
