I really like this building a lot. Noting the showstopper next door grabs most of the attention, I sometime forget just how tall this is as well....

The Sudbury's always been one of my favorite newer towers. It has a classic, clean look.

I really appreciate the way it compliments the JFK Federal building, while at the same time making its own assertive statement.

Because your preferred view of a particular building is sooooo much more important than a couple hundred much needed housing units and probably upwards of a million in property tax revenue.

It's an excellent tower (high-rise, whatever) with really high quality-looking cladding, classy arrangement, and I love how it plays nicely with/mirrors the JFK. As for One Congress, so long as nobody/nothing blocks the head-on and 3/4 views -- no harm, no foul.
