I hadnt realized it had that little pocket park in the front and expansion to the marina park on the right. Nice!

For some reason this building reminds me of Ideal's Super City building sets of the late 1960s. Not a criticism--I like the look. This brings back happy childhood memories of my Super City set.

I still get the feeling it was assembled from Lägenhet och Balkong modules from IKEA.
