This one goes along with 44-46 SFP (the wooden one) and 1550 SFR. Before you ask, I have no idea what this has to do with Freud.

Establishes a great precedent for future projects as the road gets shrunk.

This is called the bond now apparently. Ive apparently trained my algorithm so well I get ads for shit like this now lol love it

Now THAT, right there, is a GREAT marketing video! (y) Well done to whatever firm put that together - - a little shorter on actual data/pics than a forumer would like - but I would venture to bet it the music gets the ear and the vid gets the eye of potential clients - - it's that last panorama that puts it in perspective vis a vis the city

This has gone from a crappy space between 2 massive roads to a decent little pocket neighborhood close to the river and bike path. Not bad.

There's certainly a lot of units in this pocket that didn't use to be...all the same, it feels isolated, like it's cut off from everything else due to being boxed in by the highways. It will never be part of a greater integrated urban environment.

Yea the buildings definitely dont look great, but its more housing and better than what was there before. With the riverwalk and short walk to boston landing, western ave, arsenal its also not in a complete desert.

Looks like the architect played with Legos a bit too much when he or she was a kid.
