I'll kick off this years thread with a kind of plug. (I'm not affiliated)

Townies is a new photo magazine, publishing Boston-centric work. The first issue is unfortunately sold out, but I was flipping through a copy last night and it's awesome! Definitely of interest to a lot of people here.

It's run by Nick Solarz, Brad Romano, and Clay Lomneth. They've got cool work, and that's kind of the vibe of the thing. And you can check out more on their Insta https://www.instagram.com/towniesmag/

Also, completely unrelated to that magazine, here are a couple of pictures I took in Dorchester the other day. I look forward to seeing all your pictures this year!

I feel like the divergence has grown since I was over there last.

Nice photos! I've biked over that bridge many times, but not recently. It's frustrating how disconnected Allston Village and Lower Allston feel because of the Pike, even with several bridges. None of them are particularly pleasant to cross on foot or bike.

I've never seen a line like this outside of the MFA, but general admission was free today for MLK Day

^ Those were taken a little after 10 am as I was heading to photograph some apartments in Roxbury, and then heading back around 12:30 the line was still going strong

^ I have fond memories of living in that first red brick building for a year circa 2013

Best damn building in Boston, and I ain't talking 'bout One Dalton 😤
Which one were you referring to? It may have been obvious (was on the redeye, still pretty fuzzy), but I can't tell which of the buildings/photos you're calling out as the best.

Also, why the hate for One Dalton?
