I dont think it's a good project at all, but it's sad to hear that the Arboretum apparently was offered the option of expanding its footprint and declined—they probably could have gotten some sort of city and state support for such a purchase, which could have led to a much greener presence as you head toward Arborway. The hypocrisy stuff is unsurprising.
