The color winds up looking like old industrial rust. I haven't made the effort to actually see the seaward side (honestly, I'm not sure where there's a good angle without using a boat), but that's the impression I get from the video.

I drove by this weekend; it looks like the outer brickwork of the B&M building has been stripped off! I hope they leave one of the brick ovens in place to commemorate the history of the building.

It will be interesting to see how that old industrial rust look will weather. At least the other side is more of the gray or silver cladding.
