18 people out of thousands that live in Savin Hill said no, so "the neighborhood was against it" via the neighborhood association (CSHCA).

The neighborhood association does not allow pre- or post- meeting voting, so if you have a conflict and can't attend then you have no say.

These ones came out pretty good. I was afraid it would be a bit too minimalist. I am happy to be wrong.

This is why we can't have nice things:

“Your development has no consideration for the community and neighborhood and people that live here,” said Donna McColgan, a vocal opponent whose husband, John, wrote a letter to The Reporter voicing opposition recently.

“You are going to kill, as in dead, the neighborhood over there,” she said, “and you said years ago you wouldn’t do that. There is no one who would want to live across from that.”

Interjected Sarbaugh, “I actually have support from families across the street for this.”
