Ah, thank you. G is between H and the Pier 4 Apartment building, as evidenced here.

You can actually make out the shape of the super complex in this image.

This thread is the most confusing new thread I've ever had the pleasure of trying to figure out! By the super complex are you talking about the Hynes super block that was announced a week or so ago, the one shown here, or are you talking about that super complex (the triangle hotel/apartment building with the road cutting through it?). Also, getting back to Parcel H, that is the parcel between the Public Green and the Price Waterhouse Cooper's building (which was once to be hotel/residential) which is now being excavated! Yes? Finally, can anyone find a rendering for this building. Oh yeah, unless we know for certain that the combination triangular hotel/residential building with Old Northern Ave. running underneath, please refrain from publishing any more pics of it. It's my most favorite ever building every proposed anywhere in Boston (in particular the Seaport) and everytime I see it I get woozy! :) I will be sooooooooo disappointed if it's not built!

I hope that it has retail but that site plan is old. As you can see, a hotel was contemplated in that location at that time. Now that it is an office building for GP, does anyone know whether the retail will remain?

The current plan is for a formal sit down restaurant on the first floor of the Goodwin building. I am not sure what else.

Still digging around. Down 3 floors which I believe is the lowest level of the Goodwin garage. My guess is that they will complete the garage portion of this prioject, cap it and wait to see which way the market is blowing (apts., condo, or hotel).

I love this so much, because none of us have any idea what they're building here.

This is the planned sub-grade parking garage that will span under parcels and connect into a super-parking-structure. It is all mapped out in the master plan.

cca

Where's the super parking structure going to be? Will it be built into/surrounded by residential or office?

But the master plan also calls for a "Residence/Hotel" building to be built on top of this underground parking structure, and no details have been released yet regarding that building. It's unusual (for the Seaport at least) to fully build out underground parking before providing any information about what will sit on top of it.

I'd support just capping this at ground level and leaving it as park space, then building whatever residence/hotel was to go here immediately to the west instead, next to One Marina Park Drive and across from District Hall. That would greatly improve this site's interaction with Seaport Memorial Park.

This remains the most mysterious development in the Seaport.

Supposing they do end up putting a 175-foot / 16-story building here, what percentage of the total cost and work do y'all reckon has already been spent and completed? 20%?
