"Page Flip" problems

Is anyone else experience page flip problems?

ie: Let's say the last post is on page 18, but it shows there is a page 19. If you click on 19 or next page, it just loads page 18 again.
 
It's happened to me a couple of times in the last week or so.
 
Yeah, I noticed that last week too. Thought I was hallucinating, which isn't necessarily out of the realm of possibility.
 
This is a known vBulletin issue. It commonly happens when someone is added to the global ignore feature in the Admin CP. vBulletin was developed by Britons and thus, the feature is actually known as "Tachy goes to Coventry" in the Admin CP, as "sending to Coventry" is British slang for ignoring.

Because the posts are being globally ignored, but still exist in the database, the script still sees the physical presence of an SQL entry in the thread and thus appropriates the pages based on the number of physical database entries. This will also happen on a personal level if you have any other members on your personal ignore list.

The issue will usually work itself out over time as valid posts are made in the thread and eventually pushed to the new page based on whatever post quota you have set per page.
 
There is a global ignore list? Who is on it and how is it maintained?
 
I feel like I've been seeing it more and more...like right now I see it in the Kensington, Liberty Mutual and Prudential Exeter threads, and those were just 3 of the top 6 or so I just looked at.
