That's an angle of Northeastern's buildings I didn't even know existed. I've approached where they're building this from Melnea Cass countless times, but because I've always turned right onto Tremont I never really thought of the road going anywhere beyond the light, let alone that being...
Whoever had that place in the 70s must have been ballin' out. Parts of that look really inviting, and yet other parts of it would give me real pause.
The wife and I are househunting and the "Real estate edit" is such a true thing.
I thought that was a wonky reflection on the Hancock at first, but it's actually Raffles just perfectly aligned with the edge of it. What a neat angle.
This is definitely the reason. If you're doing a poster or something for an event in Boston and you don't want to pay for a copyrighted photo, and you don't have access to your own, then you're going to resort to AI. I'm seeing it a bunch with a lot of small time racing promoters and local short...
I didn't know that they had already started construction on the stadium, let alone that it was that far along already.
I question the long-term viability of both the A's and the Raiders in Vegas as the city is in a downturn and I don't see how it gets better with gambling being available so...
Here's one (two?) that the Facebook algorithm served me that is not accurate (nor consistent!) at all, but I do like the Baltimore Inner Harbor vibes it gives off. Whatever the prompts were the environment changed quite a bit between each run.
I very much do not like dogs (having a few stints as a mailman will do that to you), but it's the owners themselves that are the problem. We all know responsible dog owners who respect both the rules and other people, and clean up after their pets, but it feels like so many of them are the exact...
I thought the first one was supposed to be Southie until I saw the golden dome - the high rise by the water's edge and the church steeple made me think of 1410 Columbia and Gate of Heaven respectively. Again, wonder if it's pulling from an aerial of Southie as much as Beacon Hill. The wildly...
Awesome. I've never been in there but just poking around Street View a bit it was easy to match the aesthetic. All of the Longwood hospitals sort of came-of-age in the PoMo era, but I feel like Children's leans into it the most because it aligns so much with the colorful spaces you'd expect for...
This is a solid chunk of building that takes up the entire stretch from Dorchester St. up to Thomas Park. I can't imagine you're going to get enough value in knocking it down to rebuild it with a slightly different footprint.
I'm personally not a fan of replacing the contrasting brick up front...
