I wasn't asking for it in 6 months or to close the airport for any construction. But 4 years seems a little long to me for an above ground parking garage even in the middle of an operating airport.

So that makes two carriers with non-stop flights from Logan to Porto. Impressive, even if both are just seasonal. Porto is amazing.
