Logan Airport Flights and Airlines Discussion

PLAY Airlines will be cutting service to Boston this coming September 15th. They will also be cutting service to their other US destinations - Baltimore/Washington and New York-Stewart.

Delta has set their NW25 schedule and the usual route suspensions for some of their European routes from Boston.

Dublin will reduce from 4 to 3 weekly for October 26 - January 4. - using A339 equipment. Then suspend from January 5 - March 7.
Lisbon will be suspended from January 6 to February 20.
Rome will suspend from January 6 to March 7.

JetBlue is closing its Miami station, so Boston will lose one carrier on the Miami route. Last flight will be September 2.

Seattle is also being suspending in NW25 from both Boston and JFK. No flights after October. Not sure when they will return for their summer seasonal run in 2026.

JetBlue also cut the weekly Grenada flight. On the brighter side BermudAir will fly two weekly (Wed/Sat) flights to Anguilla starting December 19.

People typically ferry from St. Maarten or connect in Miami to get to Anguilla.

Schedule
BOS-AXA 10:05-15:20 36 E190
AXA-BOS 16:10-19:50 36 E190

4 + hours on a Embraer 190!!!!!!

American to increase Florida flights!
Unfortunately it is only for 2 weeks or so around the peak Christmas season when these flights are usually $500+ per person each way. Still good for competition at that time of year I guess, although I am not confident there will be any price decreases on these routes given the flights are only for the 2 busiest/most expensive weeks of the year to travel from BOS to Florida.
