I have lived in the neighborhood for 20+ years. We don’t need any more parks that the city can’t afford to maintain, that no one really goes to except to walk their dogs (plenty of places to do that already) Best use for this space is a football/track/baseball/soccer field for the new high...

My understanding is they can’t get a certificate of occupancy for the State Street tower until the garage demo is completed.
