I don’t know when they got installed, but both E14 and E15 have second bridges connected where those doors are. I’m sitting in E right now and can clearly see them. They appeared to be designated E14A and 15A. Please excuse the terrrible photo - the lighting and glass is very difficult.

As a semi regular traveler to BLR I’d far rather connect somewhere else. If you’re not going to DEL, I think it’s far easier to connect in one of the ME3 hubs. They’re all very modern with easy transfers.

That’s a hike to E15! Far better to walk between terminals if you can manage it.

Looks like some nice finishing but the photos make it look cramped. Looks like hardly any seating in the gate areas.

There are arrivals coming to and departures scheduled for the new gates today. Can’t wait to see some photos.

Great photos. I actually find the first one most interesting. To the left behind the white paneling you can see what I believe will be the new screening area.

From what I understand the E expansion was set for an August opening. Anyone hear if that’s still the plan? I haven’t seen anything.

I believe that’s true but it wouldn’t surprise me if they phase it in. I don’t think any of us have seen any timing or plans on how they are going about it.

No matter which way you go it’s a long way. I’ve been twice and have gone Emirates through Dubai both times. All things being equal Id choose whoever I had my points/miles with.

Cathay has been coming. I’ve personally laid eyes on A35Ks on multiple occasions. Are they cargo only flights thus far?

I was in Terminal E yesterday and will confirm that "E14" and "E15" have the cladding off to expose where the 2nd jet bridge will likely be. Neither 13 or 16 appear to be uncovered and still appear to have just a single jet bridge planned. All 4 of the new gates have their first jet bridges...
