I just don't get why condos and apartments won't work at Rock Row considering the location combined with housing prices in the Portland region. The developers are idiots!

I bet even a certain someone on here is impressed with the Pine Club and its amenities. 😂😉

The ultimate irony is if Bangor could pull off a better.....albeit different version of Rock Row with the Bangor Marketplace and Residences plan at the Bangor Mall.

I've beat that drum forever regarding the Bangor Mall. I hope that it eventually happens....I think it could work there!

I think it was important to arrest control from the current owner who has let the property whither and rot. Local ownership will have skin in the game. Hoping that the long term plan for the mall property might involve some stuff outside of retail such as residential, recreation, medical, etc...

Something like these feel like a much better use and fit for the space and area......
