Catherine, any updates on the design of the pocket park? My recollection was that the design would need to be approved prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, and since people have moved in I'm guess it's been finalized. Anything you can share?

Looks like a new application has been submitted for a proposal to rehab this building. Not much info here, but now it looks like Fathom Companies is involved and the proposal is for residential as well as hotel. Look forward to learning more about this...

Would be a huge improvement to 509 Forest and kind of reminds me of something you'd see in like Columbus' (OH) "Short North" district, these 2-4 story quasi-modern looking buildings of brick and glass.

I'm interested but unfortunately a previously scheduled appointment won't allow me to be there. Look forward to seeing some photos though! (And fingers crossed Redfern might offer another tour when the building is complete!?!)

Unsurprising, given the total lack of activity on the site the last couple years. I wonder if they ever applied for historic credits through the National Park Service and if so, how that review went? Residential use would seem to make the most sense, but I wonder if the costs to convert it...
