They haven't made clear where Joslin Clinic is going. It's not like the number of diabetics is declining.

321 Harrison Ave | South End

This building has long been home to various state agencies. You know that a neighborhood has been fully gentrified when the state gets tossed out to make room for for private tenants, see for example the Hurley Building in Government Center.

Assembly Square Infill and Small Developments | Somerville

Time for the Commonwealth to sell the courthouse and put up a large office/lab/housing. It's a dump and the vast unused lawns are a waste of space in Somerville at this time.

    Braintree infill and small developments

Funny that this article doesn't mention the condos built at the Natick Mall (nee Natick Collection). They hit at the time of a great recession and many were sold at foreclosure. Probably a good investment now, but not then.

Everett Waterfront Redevelopment | 52 Beacham Street | Everett

If these tanks as well as the ones on Rt 1A in East Boston close, what will happen to the gas/oil supply in E. Massachusetts. I know its popular to be anti-gas/oil these days, but I don't see enough solar, wind or EVs to keep the power on and vehicles moving. Is anyone considering this?
