Why not South Station Tower? Directly on train lines and 3.5 hours to NYC. Expansion space could be the USPS site (air rights over track expansion) and/or Fort Point lots across the channel.

Could very well be Thomson Place, but Brewbound article makes me think Coppersmith. Already have the outside patio and roof deck, and is exactly 15,000 SF per their press release before 2014 opening. Here's hoping.. I always thought that building would be better suited for a brewery!

I wouldn't call it a chain just yet. I believe this is only the 4th location. One in DC and two in Philly. Great after work spots. Casual but higher end than you might expect. Walked by today and it looks very close to compete. Pretty sure their prepping the patio area as well.

West 1st, specifically by Dorchester St, is getting a handful of new commercial as well. And 11 Dorchester will soon be home to a new restaurant called Publico Street Bistro.
