There's an above ground parking garage nearby which is a pretty good size. Last time I saw the new site I didn't see them digging very deep yet, but they had just started work.
Does anyone know what's going on at 500 Totten Pond Rd's parking lot? I've seen some equipment tearing into it there in the past few weeks. Are they starting construction on the second building? There was a second building in some of the renders I saw.
Waltham has a (rather stupid in my opinion) policy whereupon expanding or incoming business have to pay for sewer (influx and infiltration) improvements.
The effect is that Waltham only gets cellphone stores and hair/nail salons for the most part.
Brothers' Marketplace is coming to the corner of Main and Moody (in the Merc). I was originally hoping for restaurant in this space but this might be even better for activating this area.
