I'm not super familiar with this project, but it seems like it's been a while since they took down the garage and nothing has taken the space of it yet - have there been delays here related to the safety incidents that happened while taking down the garage?

That third picture - I was in there a month ago, there's a great board game cafe that I went to with some friends that live close by.

This area of Allston is such a great example of how adding transit can change a neighborhood.

Construction is slowly moving on this project. Was in Burlington several weeks ago and it's nice to see The Pit get filled in, it really hurt Burlington's recovery from COVID-19. No city needs a huge hole in the middle of it, and less so a smaller/regional one like Burlington.
