The neighborhood could use a real playground. The one on Peterborough gets no maintenance from the City and has been a constant issue as the neighboring McKinley school takes no responsibility for it.
Mother's Rest is too far away and is underutilized. The Fens and Clemente field are covered...

Tasty Burger will be moving in the near future, that's for sure. Their departure/relocation was not unexpected and has been delayed...more than once. I wouldn't be surprised if they end of as part of the smaller food...

That grassy area was originally supposed to be a "frog pond" style water feature that would transition into an ice skating rink in the winter.
Half of the Shabu space is already spoken for. Note that EJT also owns the parcel at 69 Kilmarnock that houses Tapestry. I imagine that is part of the deal with Cabot as well.

For what it's worth, the new word is that they won't be staying put for two years...they will be out next week. I assume their deal with new owner of property fell through. Doesn't mean work at the property will begin...

I have been told that the gas station and Star Market's lower lot will be developed into one building - Star Market will then move into ground floor with residential above. Old Star Market will be razed and 2nd building...
