I wish this was the case with most of these big developments around the city. Most of the time, someone just sells a huge tract of land, but here? It would've made a lot of sense. Maybe it comes down to pushing infrastructure costs onto the developer instead of the city.

Yeah I am shocked the lot on Washington has sat like that for so long. Looking at the LOI, it does look like they've scaled back the size, so maybe that means they will keep some of the greenery.

It looks like they already have tenants lined up, including a dispensary on the first floor, an education center on the second and offices on the third. I also like the fact that there is dedicated bike storage in the basement. Overall great infill and please copy and paste this all over.
