New website for the building. Don't think it's been posted here yet. Promotional signs are wrapped around the worksite now, advertising all the trappings of what you might expect from a waterfront Seaport development.

Not much of substance, but guessing the site and the associated Instagram will post updates (albeit less frequently than here...)

Fallon Company Tops Off One Harbor Shore Drive​

“The Fallon Company has officially topped off One Harbor Shore Drive, the final building in its 21-acre Fan Pier development. The luxury condo project will offer 122 residences located along the Harborwalk with sweeping views of Fan Pier Marina. The building will also include over 23,000 square feet of civic/cultural space, and 3,500 square feet of retail/restaurant use.”
