better if it was like 20 percent taller, thanks Cambridge NIMBYs/zoning, FAA or whoever at fault for that...

Look closely and you will see some absolutely enormous pieces of structural glass (~3 stories tall) as they begin to build up the huge glass curtain that will envelop the theater lobby area. (Hard to capture in the photos, but look for the vertical glare). 5/31:
