South Boston Infill and Small Developments

Should obviously be taller, but this is progress. Starting to step upwards from this edge of Southie towards outer Seaport/D Street corridor would create a continuous gradient from 100% residential to the new mixed use towards Dry Dock. Now only if the Reserved Channel/Pappas development could go full scale in height and density we'd be in business...

This will be one to watch, from whats shown in the rendering it looks like they are trying to keep it as close to the layout they have now as possible, likely combining multiple Marion Manor bedrooms into units.

This is a solid chunk of building that takes up the entire stretch from Dorchester St. up to Thomas Park. I can't imagine you're going to get enough value in knocking it down to rebuild it with a slightly different footprint.

I'm personally not a fan of replacing the contrasting brick up front with a more uniform color, I think it looks better even if it's less modern: https://maps.app.goo.gl/jL4cXzCMNEkusnMd7
