Along the greenway heights are capped at either 55 or 100 feet depending on the location of the building. This creates a more organic feel rather than a fissure running through the city.

I get the idea but you can hide a lot with good tree cover and shadow planning, it's probably worth at least revisiting height limits in the area.

More offended by the design than the height on this one. Would have been a great spot for something that was in better conversation with the Grain Exchange. Honestly feel like this whole Broad Street area should be a Historic District; and has such potential as a Soho or Tribeca-like neighborhood. But these new builds along the Greenway are such a downer aesthetically.
