Hopefully this is the last blue glass building we get in downtown/peninsular boston. We went from only having a few, to having a bunch, and I think were good now. We have the right ratio now imo. Now lets get a lil bit of that sweet sweet nyc RAMSA and some other materials/colors going fwd pls, thanks.

It matches the heights of the adjacent buildings really well. At least its not a squat two-story hovel like the North End Piazza.

I am hopeful that this angle will be the best one for this building. It has the urban context, with the greenway in the background. The greenway side is stuck with the floor to ceiling glass because the view is a selling point for the units.
