Thinking on this a bit more, I feel like this building would have been more striking if it was half the depth. Split it down the middle between the silver and brown stripes. Keep the silver half. Discard the back half.

There are two types of people looking at the Lyra signage: those who think, "Whyyyyy are the kerning and placement vis-a-vis the panel borders so bad?? You have an actual grid to properly space the letters over!!", and then you have people who in a more rational, healthy manner think literally anything else.

I basically like this building, but it is a bit reminiscent of a casino tower, a bit Vegas-y.
