Walked past it on my evening walk tonight. Was very surprised how many of the units had lights on already (far more than 1 Dalton). I would say ~1/3 units had lights on. Would be curious if they are turning on lights to create the appearance of occupancy as people sign leases or if it is very quickly being leased up and moved into.
