Fenway Center (One Kenmore) | Turnpike Parcel 7, Beacon Street | Fenway

It'll join up with the Brookline Ave bridge. This is what it's planned to look like from the east. The render is a bit old (from Spring 2021) and I think there might have been some changes to the building design since then.

Green Line Extension to Medford & Union Sq

It sucks that the old Lechmere had fare gates but the new one doesn't. I get they cut the fare gates from all of the GLX stations to save money but it would have been nice to at least have them at Lechmere.

    Stoneham infill and small developments

A new station on the Lowell Line at Montvale Ave would be great for Woburn and Stoneham. I hope the MBTA prioritizes an infill station at Montvale Ave, but I'm not gonna get my hopes up about that happening anytime soon.

North Station Gateway | 251 Causeway St | Bulfinch Triangle

FWIW, several property owners (including the developers trying to build this tower) have been advocating for upzoning in this area to pave the way for taller buildings. Here's a Boston Business Journal article about the upzoning effort from last year. If the upzoning effort ends up being...

North Station Gateway | 251 Causeway St | Bulfinch Triangle

This parcel is in the "general area" subdistrict of the Bulfinch Triangle District. The as-of-right maximum height permitted by zoning in this subdistrict is either 80' or 100', depending on the specifics of the proposal. The guidelines for the Bulfinch Triangle District are detailed in this...

Alewife T Station, Garage, Bus, & Trails

The Weston/128 proposal would be huge for regional mobility and it needs to happen as soon as possible IMO. I'm honestly surprised there hasn't been more talk/action surrounding Weston/128. I'm pretty sure the town of Weston supports a 128 superstation, does anyone know if the MBTA or the...

    Downtown Crossing/Financial District | Discussion

Wasn't the city looking into expanding the DTX pedestrian zone at one point during the Menino era? I'd love to see it expanded if possible.

    Lexington Small Developments

Seems like there's a lot of redevelopment going on in Lexington. I hope this building cycle continues until the population density alone is enough to merit an eventual Red Line extension to 128 via Lexington.

    Biking in Boston

This is amazing and sorely needed. On the topic of BlueBikes, does anyone know if/when BlueBikes is going to expand to Lynn or Swampscott? It's kinda funny but also odd that Salem has BlueBikes while Swampscott and Lynn don't. It's time to fill the gap!
