As far as I can tell they are pouring this second to last floor before the final indent, so it will be 3 more plus a 3 story crown. I am not counting the core, which itself might already be topped off.

The cladding looks very promising, but the building itself is way too fat. Imagine the same cladding on 2 somewhat taller towers (either twins or staggered) with some permeability between them. These are the type of overbearing proportions that should be discouraged. The less fat sides...

It's one of the worst proposals in the whole commonwealth. Just look at this behemoth. Total waste of space at this point. This footprint should cover 2 buildings, both taller than this proposal, with a residential component.

Whatever happened with this? Does it affect all the towers or just one? Are they still standing? I haven't been by in a while and, while they dominate their immediate area, they aren't particularly visible from most of my lookout points. I found articles from 2022 related to one (or more)...

The plot is huge enough that there is room for 2 buildings. The shorter Mandarin-scaled one would obviously front Boylston. Behind that I don't see why ~500' wouldn't be doable by the inner plaza. That half of the parcel should be considered "high spine."
