They can make progress during the day on portions not over the green line, but it seems it's rather surgical to deal with the weight/balance of the whole structure, so they can only do so much for the portion not over the green line before they have to go back to the portion over the green line...

I've come to learn these major firms work on plenty of buildings that will never show on their portfolio, or they'll never tell you they worked on it (unless you're a similar client), and that's for a reason... I've even heard some firms run offshoot firms under different names to separate them...

Kinda wish this building had a little more going on with it, almost like Heatherwick's Lantern House, just to break up the monotony a little bit. While these are nice, the area is set up for some interesting architecture, not something that's well-done but follows the rules a little too closely.
