    Development Map and Chart

It's only missing one proposal, but the map now includes all under construction and proposed buildings in Boston. I've excluded some of the Dorchester Bay City buildings as they're just too far out but other than that it provides a great visual to how saturated the market is with high rise...

Boston Landing | New Balance Complex | Brighton

Although it'll be about 30 feet shorter than Lantera, I agree the materials and location will make this one a standout (hopefully!).

The Bon | 1260 Boylston Street | Fenway

Wasn't this supposed to be marketed for students? Someone making $130k salary would be at their limit to afford a 1 bedroom if they start at $3,755/mo.

Ginkgo Bioworks (Parcels O&P) | 1-3 Anchor Way | Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park

Quick progress shot from Tuesday 12/20 on my flight out of Logan: Still surprised they didn't use a tower crane for this one and opted for a crawler crane. Edit: Won't let me place the full size photo in the thread for some reason

BU Data Sciences Center | 665 Commonwealth Avenue | BU Central

I guess the building is officially "complete". Crazy to think that the geothermal wells are dug 5 times deeper than the building is in height: https://www.bostonglobe.com/2022/12/06/business/bu-finishes-its-jenga-building-most-environmentally-friendly-tower-city/

Lyra (née The Huntington) | 252/258/264 Huntington Avenue | Fenway

Surprised they didn't keep this façade. I know Toronto gets trashed for its lack of architectural variety, but at least a high number of historic low rise building facades are retained as part of the new buildings that have been erected. I find it somewhat rare to see this level of retention in...

From Saturday, garage is gone and construction is in full swing by the look of it:

J.J. Carroll Redevelopment | Chestnut Hill Avenue | Brighton

They really went for the Boston 1+5 starter pack

Beth Israel West Campus Inpatient Building | 111 Francis St | Longwood

Went for a lil after work walk to check in on this one today: I suppose this means a donor/naming announcement is coming soon. Sign on the door says "opening March 2023" That said, it looks like a partial opening of the building allowed for the new ambulance bays to be operable...
