    Interesting proposal. It *looks* like they might be pulling back the first floor to align with the expanded sidewalks that Dot Block has.     I'm glad this was approved despite the optics they created. I never understood why they chose to highlight the angle that makes it tower over its abutter on all outreach documents when from the other angle it's only 1 story taller than the existing 100-year old apartment building.
