I agree with DZ on this one. I think a mixed used project will be best for this area, in part because of our housing shortage but also because I think downtown becoming more 24/7 is best for the community and the city. I think something 600+ in height makes sense, so a 4th iteration is best.

Does anybody know if the parking lot across the street from this building is owned by a developer? I feel like it is the perfect spot for a tall, skinny residential tower.

No pictures unfortunately, but I must say that I drove past the construction site today for the first time and these pictures do not do this project justice. The building looks huge in person, and I can only image how massive it will look when height comes into play. Very cool!

Just to be clear...the tower portion of this building is not under construction yet?
