Yeah, Raffles is a big name in the Far East. I understand there being some apprehension by investors since this is the first foray into the Americas, but you gotta start somewhere. Once it established itself, I have no doubt it would be extremely popular.

I work in the trucking industry and one thing that's very common in areas that have very tight spaces such as this is using an angled dock. They'll make it so the dock is angled at 45 degrees, so the truck can back in and only have to turn about half way, but still get into a traditional dock...

I like it but it really needs more height...it's trying to be sleek but the actual form is pretty squat. I know it'll never happen, but if this could reach 500+ ft, it'd be a beauty.

Great shots everyone! I'm flying to Boston this week and can't wait to see this in person. I think this, along with Filene's Tower are the most exciting Boston towers of my lifetime...after seeing so many crummy buildings go up in the past, it's great to see some real gems go up this...

I'm very happy that this project is now in the "beautiful pictures posted daily" phase of construction. It made me giddy to see Filene's in that stage, and I feel the same way now. Eventually we'll get it with Winthrop Square!
