Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

Darn, stinks to hear there hasn't been much progress. This thing is moving at a snail's pace.

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

It's been two months since we've seen a picture of this site...has nothing worthwhile changed?

One Canal (formerly Greenway Center) | Bullfinch Triangle | West End

It stinks that such a prime spot was whiffed on so badly.

Re: One Bromfield (28-story DTX tower) | 1 Bromfield Street | Downtown That was truly amazing. I haven't read anything so satisfying in a long time.

30 Dalton St. Residences | Back Bay

The crazy thing is that this project broke ground 11 months ago and has already topped out.

    Cambridge Crossing (NorthPoint) | East Cambridge/Charlestown | Cambridge/Boston

Re: NorthPoint Cambridge (The one that was train yards, the big plan.) You can just choose a "private" tab on any of those browsers and there is no limit to how many articles you can read. It does something to the tracking system which limits you to 5 articles per month.

Troy Boston (formerly Albany St Hotel) | 275 Albany Street | South End

I wonder if they're trying to keep the floor plan customizable in a way. By keeping it a studio, it allows tenants to put up a temporary walls, creating a 1BR that they want without it being a permanent fixture.

    100 Pier 4 | 136-146 Northern Avenue | Seaport

Re: Pier 4 Residential Tower | 136-146 Northern Avenue | Seaport Yea, I think that's just trying to prevent them from skating down the middle of the bench, whereas the side stuff is trying to prevent them from grinding.

    Millennium Tower (Filene's) | 426 Washington Street | Downtown

I can't express how happy I am to see this rise. It looks amazing, and the street-level shots are the best. I'm a big fan of the "old & new" shots, so being able to catch the beautiful old architecture and streetscape of Downtown/Downtown Crossing with a sleek glass slab soaring in the...

I noticed that too! I went up to Lambert's for some lunch after snapping that photo, and then on the way back through he was on the opposite corner. You and I may have passed by one another haha. Thanks John! I appreciate the help.

    Millennium Tower (Filene's) | 426 Washington Street | Downtown

In town for a visit, just got off at Downtown Crossing and walked thru Roche Bros to exit. It looks great! The street level is fantastic, and when Primark opens it's going to make it even better. Hopefully they can move the Impeach Obama guy to another part of town though haha...

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

True. Regardless, it's pretty cool that all the tallest buildings in Back Bay are shaped differently.

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

It's a pretty squarish rectangle. When I look at it, I always think of it as a square building because it's so close.
