My only complaint is that the residential towers should be taller to break the plateau a bit otherwise, this is going to be amazing, and it ties into the new Copley wonderfully.
I honestly feel like Portsmouth is the only NH city that is really doing "urban" right. The new developments in Nashua and Manchester are far too suburban looking and often miss opportunity.
I'm not so sure of the future suburban flight of millennials yet. I'm 23 and people that I know around the same age seem too want to still live in the city, even after having kids. The price point is more of the problem. For example, Some of the 3 bedrooms at One Canal are upwards of 11k a month.

That is going to be such a pain. I commute through NS everyday, I am not looking forward this.

I think many people believe that this seems like fantasy and that people won't use it to its full potential because we are so accustomed to what we have now. If we have better connections we will use them. They just need to be consistent. Personally I tried commuting...
