MGM Music Hall (née Fenway Theater) | 12 Lansdowne St | Fenway

Went by the site this AM at 9am and it was locked and no activity whatsoever. My guess is that the concert prognosis isn't good -- being the last thing that will come back -- so they are in no rush.

Fenway Center (One Kenmore) | Turnpike Parcel 7, Beacon Street | Fenway

That roof/mechanical covering that looks like siding is UGLY.

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

The One Dalton/Suffolk team should be embarrassed that they can't close up those 7 panels of glass. And equally embarrassed that the sidewalk on Dalton still isn't anywhere close to being done. I think they're replacing some other cracked windows on the building before the plywood which may be...

    🔹 What's Happening With Project X?

One Dalton is sort of back. Some work on the exterior sidewalk appears to be continuing.

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

The whole base of the building is uninviting. They'd better dial up the sidewalk on the main side of the street with some nice trees and pavers or something. Right now the building is very standoffish at the ground level.

MGM Music Hall (née Fenway Theater) | 12 Lansdowne St | Fenway

I didn't realize how big this plot is until they took down the walls. It's HUGE!

Kenmore Square North (WHOOP) | 533-541 Commonwealth Ave | Fenway

They just put up new marketing signage around the perimeter so I'd say things are looking up.

    The New Retail Thread

Lord & Taylor will be liquidating all of its stores upon reopening from COVID. What will take the place of its spot on Boylston Street? Ideally a tower with some ground floor retail. Could go tall here, right? If not, I'd love to see a Nordstrom full-line store, but with them closing 16 of...

Agreed. Should have been ground floor retail.

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

No. Jahvon needs to relax and recognize that construction throughout the city is halted. All projects are on hold. We'll be fine.

    The New Retail Thread

Mackage will open in the Prudential Mall where White House Black Market was. Seems like more of a store for Copley, but we'll see how they do.

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

Another update: the main sidewalk is taking forever to come along because they've now cleared all of the extra junk out of there -- and are in the process of tearing up the concrete foundation that had to be installed to support the hoist. Then, heated sidewalks will be installed as well...
