If done right an oversight committee of some sorts for fares and schedules could go a long way with how local buses and systems all work together. I'm not saying one whole system for the entire state/regional area but a committee made up of each system that can make each system interact better...

Why is there a difference between pic 1 and pic 2? Pic 2 has a notch/dark rectangle in the top right corner on the right side of the building but pic 1 does not. I keep staring at but can't figure out if I'm just not seeing it right.

When I would drive from my apartment in Malden to the LMA without crazy traffic it was so fast that the distance between the 2 seemed really short. Looking at this photo if we built more tallish buildings from the Encore to the Pierce our skyline would look huge for such a short distance.

I think they dropped the logo from the top because someone from the bottom floor of the Harbor Towers said it was too bright and would blind their views. J/k

The height difference with the drop is ridiculous. I know the Seaport had to have such low buildings but couldn't they have done a swoop down in height from downtown?

A variation of this design would have been awesome. I think glass, if done right, here looks awesome with the contrast of the base of the station. I think height on this one was an issue so lower it and thin it a little. Then make it more round than boxy.

Wish there was a before and after. @DZH22 that shot is amazing. It'd be cool if we had more of these views from different parts of the area where something has changed so drastically.

I might be the only one but I loved this design. Maybe darker reflective blue glass but this looks like it belongs on the edge of the water front. This new proposal looks like if anything that it should be built somewhere in the financial cluster hidden.

While I agree public transportation is the best but I think(if forget the different names) Ubers that are shared should have a smaller fee if any than an Uber or Lyft for one party. At least with ride sharing you are dropping people off and then bringing people out as oppessed to someone getting...

This is design is horrible. I wished the original 2 towers with the connecting roof was going to be built or something along that design. Hopefully this at least gets modified into something that looks great from the harbor.
