    Crazy Transit Pitches

That is true, that development in good old Brighton may be better connected to S. Station. Two lines though may make for a more confusing route, perhaps. I really want to take advantage of the bridge at BU for some reason, because it exists, but it may cost more to rehabilitate it maybe. I...

AND, a Chelsea Transit Center is a big component to this map as well... Which is here: https://mapsengine.google.com/map/edit?mid=zJ2exRokjDH0.k800ZzR75sQw

    Crazy Transit Pitches

I think this is my final draft. Though it may be crazy, only an olympic-funded endevour would ever make this a possibility. I've branded the "indigo line" the "city express" indigo line sounds kinda dumb.. since it's sort of a short distance commuter rail, i'd like to call it something that is...

    Crazy Transit Pitches

It is downright pathetic. SOOOO many students go back and fourth from Allston to Harvard Sq. and When it's not "rush hour" one has to wait for ages for a 66... MBTA is Shameful. Not to mention I had to take a $20 cab ride to work the other day from Harvard Ave because for some reason there...

    Crazy Transit Pitches

    S. Boston is definitely not on the way to anything else except S. Boston, but I think if streetcar service was implemented in a smart way that maybe went through the Seaport Dist. direct to downtown that would lessen the need for cars there (similar to what Portland, OR is doing). In addition to...

    S.Station Tower Pitch

That would be good bob. I think an approach similar to what SF is doing with their Transbay Terminal would be great. The transit aspect to this kind of development would cut way down on car traffic and if there were to ever be a true high speed rail in the Bos-Wash... That would be incredible...

I agree, the old elements should be preserved. They are cool, and should be incorporated into whatever is designed.

    S.Station Tower Pitch

Yea, it would be cool to see a really tall building there. I'd like to put as much sq. footage as possible too though. Maybe something mid rise over the tracks but with 1 or 2 taller structures that are incorporated?

    S.Station Tower Pitch

I was tooling around on Google Sketch Up and with the idea of building something on top of South Station. I know the original tower proposal was either cancelled of put on hiatus. Anyways, here's my idea for a mid-rise tower that has a huge footprint over the tracks (I think downtown Boston...

    Crazy Transit Pitches

I added the DMU/EMU line today. Indigo line sounds pretty dumb so I'd like to label it as something else. The Line that goes to N. Station I guess would make sense to share the yard that's at Riverside. Also I have extended the F Line to Franklin Park. That area should get better connectivity.
