This will be huge for USM and housing in Portland more generally. This helps attract tons of students. Looking forward to adding this to the Oakdale neighborhood

Honestly its one of the tallest buildings in Maine. (stories wise). I would love to see more projects like the Back Bay Tower, a very underrated large building in Portlands skyline. I am guessing the USM dorms will be 6-7 stories. Does anyone know the height limits for the area? If Portland...

Me too. Think about how fast 100 Fore is going up in comparison. I live near the site and trust me they've been moving at an ants pace for months. I am also hoping it doesn't get derailed by the financial issues.

There is a 4 story structure going up on Munjoy Hill, looks very similar to the condos built a block down from the Observatory. It looks really large, at least the largest development on Munjoy since at least the Congress street condos. Anyone have any renderings or anything? Also, any updates...

Anyone have any updates on the midtown project? I know it's essentially dead but wondering if there had been any movement. Also, any idea what's going on down neat Whole Foods in the old Oakherst Dairy parking lot?
