State employees who work in the Hurley Building have been told that they will not be returning to the Hurley after the end of remote work.

Unfortunately, they built the Brooke Courthouse at the site of the original tower. Now any building would need to be smooshed into the site, not to mention that the Blue Line turn-around tunnel is right in that area.

I'm never in support of the NIMBYs, but since this land was apparently given to the organizations by the City to build a social services center, should they be able to simply sell it for a profit? In this case, there seems to be some logic to the NIMBYs arguments.
