Great pictures. I like how they massed this building. Either this or 45 Province are my favorite new buildings. Although W Hotel is a close favorite too. These three are just great additions to Boston in my opinion. They are all in the 30 story range which is a cool coincidence lol

Oh man I always pass those apartment buildings in Cambridge, and good lord, they are such an eyesore. Every time I see them I can't stop looking and wondering who would want to live in there. It reminds me of that brutalist apartment building in London from 28 Days Later

Re: W Hotel I like the shape of this building, and the glass facet. This will be a nice tower for that spot. It will stick out in a great way for sure. But ya as you guys were saying, I can't stand how early the sun goes down. The day basically feels over around 4 now which makes me feel...

I too am applying for architecture and am trying to do portfolios too. From what college reps and my guidance counselors have told me, although you may include architectural designs and such, one key component is that you include actual art you've done, which includes free hand and the likes...

I'd have to say Santarpios and Reginas are my favorites of all time. You really can't beat those 2, and you can't more homemade pizza than at Santarpios.

Portland is really a great looking city. Very dense and great building layout from that aerial shot...I just wish they would throw a couple of 20 story buildings in there in the next 10 years, and maybe even a 30 floor building to add some height to the skyline.

Oh ya I guess it just was very hard to notice from that angle too. I can't wait to see this building at it's full height.
