Not sure how accurate it is, but I believe the sign at the BFD temporary standpipe marks the roof as 645'. I'm assuming this is the top of the last occupiable floor and the point where the mechanical levels begin.

The 1938 G. W. Bromley & Co. map shows that there are still a bunch of row houses on the site at this time, but the northwest corner of this triangle is listed as being owned by Gulf Oil Corporation of Pennsylvania.

Probably another couple months before that'll be going up.
