Re: GrandMarc at St. Botolph yeah, no surprise here. thats a new shorter rendering in the article. looks slightly improved but still very boring and the shorter wing to the left of the rendering is pretty awful.

yes, you have to be smart around ruggles station to avoid possibly getting mugged at gunpoint. that means its a really crappy area. thats the stereotype for a reason

Re: 120 Kingston, 29 Story Tower in Chinatown i dont think its that bad at all. its worst 2 sides are saved by the dainty dot which is all anyone will notice from street level anyway. if this ends up looking anything like the one ten it will be a success
